Fee payment reminder: 30 April 2025

A quick reminder that if you pay your own tuition fees or campus accommodation costs, a payment instalment is due at the end of this month. The easiest way to pay is via the ‘My Finance’ section in e:Vision. If you have set up a direct debit, this will be automatically taken around the due date. REMEMBER: We will never contact you and ask for your card details over the phone for payments. See our 7 tips for spotting a scam.

Checking in on your wellbeing

We know that sometimes things don’t always go as planned and can impact your studies. Over the next fortnight, you may receive a wellbeing check-in phone call from our specialist support staff (from +44 (0)1904 946565) if we have noticed that you have lower engagement in your teaching sessions than expected. We want to help you get the support you may need.

High-risk apps

IT Services are removing third-party apps which use high-risk permissions. If you use one of the affected services with your University Google account, you’ll receive an email from IT Services with more information.

Deep Geothermal Energy project

We have launched an exciting deep geothermal energy project to support the University Sustainability Plan 2030 and significantly progress our Net Zero ambitions. This initiative aims to reduce fossil fuel use by 78%, while advancing research and education in sustainable energy.

Finalists: last chance to give your NSS feedback

The National Student Survey (NSS) closes soon on 30 April 2025. Don’t miss your chance to give us your feedback and enter our NSS prize draw to win a graduation package or shopping vouchers.
