5. Take time to talk

Time to Talk Day is on Thursday (5 February). It’s a day for all of us to come together to talk, listen and take steps towards better mental health. Opening up about how we’re feeling can be the first step towards feeling better. Could you text a friend to ask how they’re doing or go for a walk and talk?

There are lots of people at the University who are here and ready to listen - see our wellbeing help and support information. Or if you’re not quite ready to talk face-to-face, you can download the TalkCampus app for free and chat with other students from around the world about the ups and downs of student life.
